We are putting together a Leszczyn harvest; it has been a good harvest, nearly 400 tons of grain plus 60 of rapeseed, which with the prices moving up should produce a handsome income for the farm to enable it to advance on many fronts. We had to change the main drum during cutting of barley, but we are ready for trouble and only lost a couple of days: it is good to see how well the equipment stockists are supplied in the countryside and how willing is everyone to give maximum help during the harvest. Two engineers worked right through the night to put it right. Nevertheless the time is coming to consider investing in a new combine. We had a good celebration with many friends and are grateful for some ladies not drinking, so we could get home.
Last year J - and I studied a small system constructed on a farm near Konin, producing bio-fuel, which turned out to be too expensive for us. It was most interesting; we may perhaps look at it again and though our production of rapeseed for it would only be on 25 hectares, there is much more available locally; a small industry rising from own agricultural produce has always been at the back of our mind.
We conclude that the establishment of American hegemony depends on the creation of an oligarchy of the rich. Its corollaries are the extinction of socialism, the undoing of the European Union* and blunting of Christianity and its New Testament based on equality of man. They depend on the collaboration of the greedy, on creating a concept of wealth, on surfing a false precept of independence of nations, and on making of world terrorism. They depend on creating war and conflict of interests at every level, in which the strongest can command advantage, irrespective of morality or of human laws, to control others.
The neo-cons declare that the present world order must not merely be changed but overturned, overthrown, with Iraq being the Normandy beaches in the next World War; while the President hails Afghanistan as the first of the wars of 21st century. The Wall Street Journal writes of “a new era, where America, like British Empire, will always be fighting some war, somewhere against someone.” Harvard professors advance creationism, or justify torture; religiosity ideologues engage peopleʼs emotions in moral opacity while luminaries of every kind assess ʻwhat kind of Hegemon we shall beʼ to customise people to the idea. A totality of conviction in a sick atmosphere of an artless society, in which a brutal establishment is allowed to plan an invasion of the whole world.
Americans are not squeamish about it, and have a detailed plan which we may call a Santiago Plan (for its success elsewhere). It is framed to devise the means of implementing the ʻHidden Agendaʼ (XXXI). One distinguishes three stages: the Opening Game designed to create mayhem in the world, mainly in the Middle East, to create a war atmosphere; known as ʻwar on terrorʼ. The Middle Game, to intimidate American people into unjustified aggression, and to destroy European Union by various means including economic recession known as ʻdefence of freedom and democracyʼ. And the End Game, aggression against Russia - to achieve the world hegemony known as ʻprotection of world heritage.ʼ A kind of three-dimensional chess game, on three boards: Santiago 1, 2 and 3, each euphemised, and each as mendacious as the other, each going on now, without apparently the world being able to note it, and developing as a scenario of a horror film: with all frames preconceived.
In the Opening Game they have had their ʻReichstagʼ, ʻanschlussʼ, and ʻCzechoslovakiaʼ: with, ʻ911ʼ, Afghanistan and Iraq. They cannot stop now and cannot allow a settlement anywhere. This is the reason for failed conferences, everlasting postponements, local provocations, or disagreements, based on meaningless words; and since the death of Rabin you can be sure to approach every ʻpeaceʼ conference in Middle East, a priori, as a failure. What we are watching is the working of a plan trying to acclimatize the world to the use of force, to war hysteria, to illegal procedures, or illegal arms, whether phosphorus or cluster bombs or improved nuclear devices. Plan to intimidate or perjure the International Community, away from any civilized manner of settling disputes.
In the Middle Game: Hitler had an easier job building, on national chagrin over a lost war and unjust peace. History is a science and one shows its examples not to smear America with the crimes of the past but to demonstrate what happens in similar circumstances. The Houstoburo has to build a national dejection from nothing, since no one, in a world context, is attacking America while she is attacking everywhere. Some of it is already in place: world information is in the hands of a few individuals who are serving the plan; the multinationals, shamming independence, are doing the same with government executives moving freely between them and State Offices; and intellectual centres provide the garnish. Fettering of Europe to prevent her from staying neutral is done by destroying her precarious unity.
Another part of the Middle Game will be to destabilize countries all over the world with an economic recession, similar to 1929. It will make good soil for extreme right or left governments to sprout which will require: American forces: to protect democracy. A rapid reduction of Dollar value to $ 4 to one Euro or less and to 40 Yen, (see XXVIII) will cause world markets to collapse, wiping out capital and the consequences one can imagine: of workers without pay, elderly without pen- sions, insurances without funds, activity coming to a stop. America might generously offer to create a new world currency, with crocodile tears for the damage her policies may have caused, in order to skim to itself the rest of the world wealth. It is being planned now, with Mr Wolfowitz, architect of Iraq war, appointed to the World Bank and Mr Greenspan having his tenancy extended; with the destruction of Euro as a by-product.
The financial drama will result in all kinds of extreme political coups everywhere; and it can happen in Britain, as those who remember the machinations between military and the elites that ensued at the height of a Wilson government. Under American army control and tame UN dispositions, borrowing nationals form other countries, forces will be despatched in all directions, likely starting in Cuba and Venezuela. Another aspect of the scenario will be an extension of a super rich elite; by distortion of income levels and multi-million awards and by other means, all a part of a conscious process now to create a South American, hacienda type master-class, helping to hold down the masses in a “1984” fashion.
In the End Game, Santiago erstwhile known as Barba- rossa is an attack on Russia in 2013, after a Presidential election, with the isolation of that country completed. Every form of propaganda will be used against Russia, from lack of democracy to economic blackmail and ecological destruction. The justification is “to protect world interests” with an aim to implant American forces throughout Siberia. Houstonids may appear to try peaceful means, but they know that this is not possible and that force will have to be used. The main tool will be NATO, after Europe has been disciplined, because it surrounds Russia with countries holding old or new grievances against her, and a slightest incident may become a casus belli of ʻall for one and one for allʼ under the treaty. Attack will take place to destroy Russia, with America taking a chance that in the main only Europe will be destroyed, when a missile shield is in place to rain cruises on Moscow: to prevent a planned aggression. America has twice come, after a conflagration not of her doing has erupted, with comfort in standing aside for a while and watching, as Europe burned: it is a tempting scenario again, and easily started. It will of course be an attack not just on Russia, but against all that “liberté, égalité and fraternité” against workers and unions as well as free writers, thinkers, artists and young idealists; and it will be a roll-call for multinational behemoth to establish, a single elite order of ʻ1984ʼ or of ʻIron Heel.ʼ
It helps to look now, at every conference result or failure, or incident in or out of Europe in the terms of the Santiago Plan. The Game on the Middle board is dealing with American citizenry, while Europe is affected by the lower board of Middle East, panning moves to the Russian highest board. Every game played for itself affects other boards: a Russian pawn move of oil agreement with Iran on the lowest board is represented by a bishopʼs move to identify Russian support of terrorism, or pawn move of mean self-interest. The Shroeder rook move of friendship with France is a move of ʻOld Europeʼ on the same board against a knight of ʻYoung Europe.ʼ The idealism of the young refuseniks anti-globalisers moved as pawns on top board is stopped by rookʼs move of anti terrorism on the bottom. The NATO conference, a rook move in the middle, is a queenʼs return on the top and propaganda black bishopʼs on the bottom. The rookʼs moves of recession affect the pawns on all three boards. And CIA move against ʻthe library ladiesʼ affects top board of ethicality and their Polish torture jails check the queen move of Federal Europe on middle board; Blairʼs involvement in Iraq moves a bi-shop on the bottom board and affects free-expression on top. A move with both black and white bishops will manage to de- stabilise Christianity and two rooks will destroy Socialism. A rochade in Spain is a strong move for Europe and a knight jump on Iraq on the lowest. The aim of their game is to establish ascendancy by a Queen of Houstoburo to check all exemplary moves on any board, with the play moving at accelerated speed from lowest board to the highest aiming for Mate.
It is of no consequence if a reader sees these theses, as Cassandraʼs, or as Churchillʼs morbids of 1930s, so long as they give him a better road-map to observe or understand the evolution of events, or even a better prognosis to invest his money - after all even pigeons were used to observe the invasion.
